My name is Matt Rapke, and I am the owner of Cornabus Planning. I am a Registered Professional Planner and a graduate of the Master’s of Rural Planning Program at the University of Guelph. I began my planning career in the municipal sector, working for the Municipality of Grey Highlands from 2020-2024 as a Planner, Senior Planner, and the Manager of Planning. I now provide private consulting services to land owners and developers who require assistance with navigating the land use planning approval process.

Cornabus Planning is based out of Markdale, Ontario, where I am well positioned to provide professional planning services to clients in the Counties of Bruce, Grey, Dufferin, Simcoe, Wellington, and Huron.
